We wanted to close out the brutal year that was 2020 with a story about love – and emergency preparations for a wedding proposal.
When Chuck brought his girlfriend Denise along for a helicopter tour, she didn’t know that would finish the flight as his fiancé.
Before the tour, Chuck had put a large proposal sign on the ground, and arranged to have the helicopter tour fly over the sign.
Aditya and Pooja are both Lieutenant Commanders in the US Navy. Pooja is a dentist, and Aditya is a flight surgeon.
They met aboard the USS Ronald Reagan in hostile territory at the Gulf of Oman – serving in Afghanistan and Iraq in 2011.

Jennifer and Ron (not pictured) made an “entrance to remember” by flying onto the USS Midway Museum with their bridal party right before their walk down the aisle! Wedding guests are still talking about this surprise helicopter entrance. Congrats to the happy couple!

Rajiv Khatri utilized Corporate Helicopters to create a unique and very special marriage proposal for his girlfriend Hetal. Flying a customized tour along the coastline where Hetal works, pilot Peter Clark joined in formation with an airplane towing a banner reading, “Hetal, will you marry me?”
