I surprised my son with The Unforgettable Helicopter Tour for his 11th Birthday. His older brother and I blind-folded him and put on ear buds so he would have no idea where he was going. We took off the blindfold when he was sitting in the Helicopter and when he opened his eyes and saw the Helicopter, his jaw dropped. I can’t wait to do this again!
Came to San Diego for a training but had a few days to enjoy the sights before the training began. Decided we would check out a helicopter tour since we’d never been here and found Corporate Helicopters online. Liked their Unforgettable tour and was able to book it the same day. Showed up a little early and everyone was very friendly, and our pilot, Terry, was awesome. Neither my wife or I had flown in a helicopter before so this was a new experience for both of us, and we both commented afterwards that it was like floating in the air. My wife gets motion sick pretty easy but didn’t have a problem at all with the flight. Great experience, great pilot and we’ll have to do it again when we bring our daughter back! The “Top Gun” Helicopter ride is worth every penny, you get a 45 minute tour of all of San Diego. Terry the Pilot is a great guy and lots of fun, from first meeting him until the end. He is very knowledgeable, funny, and professional as well. I suggest, even if you live in San Diego that you do this ride at least once. I will definitely be going again!
I gave this Unforgettable trip as a birthday surprise for my Wife. She has never been in a helicopter until this trip and she loved every minute of it. Terry was our Pilot and was obviously very experienced and made the whole experience fun, exciting, and enjoyable for both of us. He was very knowledgeable about landmarks and the history of San Diego and even pointed out places to us we didn’t even know existed. Terry is also very personable and funny making you feel comfortable the whole trip. It was an amazing experience! Thank you.
I took tour by air of San Diego with Corporate Helicopters of San Diego (CH), while in the in the city for Shark Diver trip to Guadalupe Island. This was a last minute decision early on day of departure for dive trip. As a former San Diego native, I wanted to see my home town and all the sites I love from the air; and, CH did not disappoint. Taking one of their tours, whether solo or with a group, is a great and highly recommended way to spend 30 minutes or so seeing the city from a unique vantage point; perhaps, at the start of the trip to get sense of city and main sites, or at conclusion to see sites already seen from above.
I followed up with call to CH, speaking with Bethany. She answered quickly, answered all my questions regarding packages, equipment, pricing, etc., and, I was booked in fifteen minutes for flight later that day. Great service; Bethany is a rock star. I hired for one person, (me), and the pilot of course, to take an Unforgettable Tour. That package is a 45 minute tour over a fair bit of San Diego proper. Pricing was very reasonable.

The pilot was great, confident, competent, and pointed out sites with easy conversation via headset and mic. Very relaxed, easy going. Loved it.
We had an awesome flight with Pilot Terry at Corporate Helicopters! It was our first time in a helicopter and it was so fun! Not scary at all! I’ve lived in San Diego 40 years, but it was a real treat to see SD from the air. We saw the The Children’s Pool in La Jolla with the Seals and Pups, Mission and Pacific Beaches, Pt. Loma, Coronado and the Bridge, all of Downtown and PETCO Park, Qualcomm Stadium and much more!
Booked an Unforgettable Tour this week and had a blast! Never been in a helicopter so it was a new experience for my wife and I. Terry, our pilot, was awesome and immediately put us at ease. We picked a perfect day because the skies were blue and the water was clear so we could see dolphins and sharks and other things in the water. He had so much knowledge about San Diego, and I was able to get some amazing shots of the city and coast that I wouldn’t have been able to get any other way. Our pilot, Terry Frost, was so charming. He even sang him Happy Birthday! Terry did a fantastic job touring us and pointing out all of the important landmarks San Diego has. There was a baseball game at Petco Park that had gone into extra innings and that meant that there was a restriction on flying over Petco Park and Downtown San Diego while the game was still going. Terry did not want us to miss out on this part of the tour, but he kept checking with Lindbergh Field to see when the the restriction would be lifted and he made a huge effort to time our Tour along the Coast just right so that we would still have time to make a pass over Petco Park. This added effort made a huge difference in the tour. I had done this Tour about 13 years ago with Corporate Helicopters and it was amazing. When I looked them up again, I knew I was in great hands and their staff was beyond patient with all of my questions prior to booking the tour. I was so excited to show my boys how lucky we are to live in such a beautiful city. I can’t wait to do this again!
Yesterday I took my boyfriend on a private helicopter tour, the “Unforgettable,” for his birthday and it was one of the most amazing things I’ve ever experienced. Terry was our pilot and he was phenomenal and so funny. I’ve never flown in a helicopter before and I’m also afraid of heights so this was kind of a big deal for me personally, but he made me feel so comfortable to where I completely forgot why I was ever afraid in the first place. Thank you guys so much for making my boyfriends birthday an experience we will never forget!

Excellent experience! The view over San Diego, the beaches, and the environment is more than you can imagine. I have booked the 45 Minute Top Gun Military Tour this was AMAZING. You come so close to the Aircraft Carrier, and the Coronado & Miramar air station was unbelievable! Thank you very much!
