Following on the heels of our previous post about providing aerial support for the 2019 Baja 500, here’s a photo throwback to the 2010 Baja 1000.
In the photo, that’s Ivor Shier’s AStar N547SA filming an off-road racer in Laguna Salada.
Laguna Salada is a vast dry lake about 30 feet below sea level in the Sonoran Desert of Baja California, 30 km southwest of Mexicali.
